Purpose of This Resource

This is a private reference site with no authority over a government office or detention facility. It does not store official records, confirm a person’s custody status, arrange a release, or submit a filing for a visitor.

Its pages point toward Oklahoma County jail and release-record sources, Oklahoma state custody systems, and third-party research tools. The office that created a record remains the source for an official copy or current status.

Conditions for Site Use

Visitors must use the site lawfully and without harming another person, the service, or its infrastructure. By continuing, each visitor agrees to these limits:

• Do not use the site to violate a local, state, or federal law.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone.
• Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions.
• Do not seek access to accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Do not operate bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools.
• Do not interfere with access, performance, security, or use by other visitors.

Consumer-Report Uses Are Prohibited

Oklahoma County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither the site nor its advertising partners offers screening services. Visitors agree not to use information from this site or a linked tool for any purpose regulated by the FCRA, including:

• Decisions about hiring, continued employment, discipline, or termination.
• Tenant selection, lease approval, or another housing decision.
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, coverage, or insurance premiums.
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program.
• Any other decision governed by consumer-reporting law.

Independent Websites and Services

Links may lead to OCDC release-record resources, police or corrections sites, court portals, federal locators, legal-aid information, and outside search services. A link does not mean that Oklahoma County Released Inmates endorses or controls the destination. Those operators set their own content, availability, data practices, prices, and terms, which visitors should review before use.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” No express or implied warranty is made regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current state of any information.
• Continuous or uninterrupted access to the site.
• Freedom from errors, software defects, or security weaknesses.
• The scope or completeness of a search partner’s results.

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from OCDC, ODOC, a sheriff’s office, a court, or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Oklahoma County Released Inmates and its operators will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from access to, use of, or inability to use the site or linked services.

Responsibility for Claims

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oklahoma County Released Inmates and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by that visitor’s use of the site or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Site text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Oklahoma County Released Inmates or the applicable content partner. No visitor may copy, republish, distribute, or modify those materials without prior written permission, except where law expressly permits the use.

Updates to These Conditions

These terms may be revised at any time. A revised version takes effect when it is posted, and continued use after posting means the visitor accepts the updated terms.

Restriction or Loss of Access

Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. This right includes action taken to protect the site, its operators, or other visitors.

Oklahoma Law Controls

Oklahoma law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the site or these terms must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Oklahoma.

If One Provision Is Invalid

If a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
